Non-delivery of gas cylinder, even after a month

Dear Sir,

I am an elderly 83 0ld widowof an army officer. My consumer number is 16549. I had booked a gas cylinder from HP Gas, Alwal. They did not send me a cylinder till date. Their phone is always off the hook. There are rumours that the cylinders are being sold to unauthorised persons. I wish to lodge a strong complaint. I request you to please make them issue a gas cylinder without fail. Everytime I have to beg them to send it and ring them up at least 15 to 20 times before they condescned to send me a cylinder.
