Dear sir,

I have HP gas connection from 5 years.

HP gas distributor/ dealer is so much arogent, misbehave with the clients, non cooperating person. I have experience not from a city but from a various cities since my transfer is done. Everywhere the person's not tolerated any things. Sometimes they told us refilling booking can done by phone sometimes they called at office for booking.

Actully my complaint is I have only one Gas cylinder. I want additional Gas cylinder. so, Today I am calling our distributor / dealer (Sanjana Gas Agency, chinchbwan, Nagpur) and Kusum madam was pickup the phone, and have requested to her for additional Gas cylinder but she had deneid the same.

After that I was again requested to her, so, she demanding Rs. - and original paper of my old connection. so, i had asking to her byfurcation of above amount but she has told me came our office then i will give you details of the same then again i will asking to her please give me your web side but she drop the phone without any response.

Therefore I request to you kindly advice me.
