HP Corrupt Dealer - B1 Janak Puri, New Delhi

Hi,

I Used to have an HP connection since 2004 in Mumbai, During my final transit to Delhi recently Ive lost my HP transfer papers. Due to which Ive to apply for a new connection, For which Ive deposited a fees of Rs 3640 & relevent identity proof's papers in HP Agency (B1 Janak puri, New Delhi Branch). The owner of this agency was trying to sell Gas Stove with this. When I've denied to this preposition he has refused to alot me new connections by giving various shit reasons. I'm totally frustrated because of abusive & disgusting behavior of the HP agency owner.

HP was always a fair company in my experience, However these dealers make a difference. I dont want to change to some other Gas agency beacuse of this delaer. Can HP help me in getting this problem resolved & take action against these Gas agency owners who left no stone unturned to mallign HP's Image.
