No supply of lpg gas till 20 days

I am pardeep goyal from ismailabad distt. kurukshetra (haryana). i have a consumer of hp gas, sarswati gas agency pehowa (kurukshetra). i have booked my refill of lpg gas before 25 days. but there is not any supply in our town ismailabad till 25 days. why???
