One month delay in delevring

Hello Sir,

I am Ritu Shrivastava a consumer of HP Gas agency located in Kharadi. I have done the booking on February 05 and requested them to deliver it fast as I have only one cylinder at my place. Inspite of the request till date I have not recieved a refilled cylinder. After call them so many time once they picked my phone said that it will take long as they do not have any stock with them. After that I am continously calling them but they don't even bother to pickup the phones. I do not understand why they have provided the phone no's if they do not want to pickup the phones. Some times if they pick the phone by mistake they talk to you so rudely and disconnect the phone?

I am fail to understand that why you make such type of distributers or agencies if they are not ready to serve? They should understand the urgency of the customer and act accordingly.

I am looking forward for a help from your side and request you to look into this matter seriously otherwise you may end up loosing customers
