Long Delays in Delivery of Gas Cylinders

I am registered with Noble Traders, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, for supply of gas cylinder (Consumer No. 696435. There is always long delays after booking for the gas cylinder - even if told on telephone at the time of booking, that the cylinder will be delivered within 2 days - it is never done even for 10-12 days. Even their service mechanics have visited our place for leakage of gas, not been able to repair the leakage and everytime charged us Rs.25. I am senior citizen and am tired of dealing with Noble Traders. I WISH TO CHANGE THE HP GAS DEALER - KINDLY HELP. I live in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi 110015. Thanks for your time.
