We are having a H P Gas service (Consumer No. 632868 in name of Mr. Balkrishna T. Rane) from Laxmi Gas Services, S.G. Barve Marg, Nehru Nagar, Kurla (E), Mumbai - 400 024.

From last 4 months we are not getting timely service from this gas provider. We have booked our request for 5 KG Gas on 28.02.2008 which is not yet responded positively. More to this, on personal enquiry on 21.03. we were not responded properly by the service provider. Even the record shown to us was wrong and the way service provider was talking was the worst one. He is destroying company image also. Company should give the agency to a capable and right person who can handle the customers in a proper way.

Finally, we have registered two such complaints in this regard, none of which are responded yet. Hope this registered complaints are viewed and attended by responsible staff from the company.
