Delivery of Gas Cylinders

Hi,

I'm a customer for HP gas for the past 7 years. Right now i'm staying in Adimaly (Idukki Dist), Kerala. My complaint is that the dealer in this area is not distributing the cylinders for the people having the connection. They are selling it in black market for extra amount. We, all the people of adimali and the nearby areas are suffering due to this. We have even tried booking for the cylinder even before 2 month and still noone is getting the cylinders. The dealer here is filling the gas to big cylinders used in hotels and also selling it in black market. Request for a detailed enquiry on this. If possible cancel the dealership of the person and put in place a new dealer.
