NON ATTENDANCE OF CALLS

Dear Sir,

I am really fed up of this gas service of HP located at Nallasopara (West) 401 203 Chirag Gas Services. Most of the times the phone just keeps ringing but no one picks up or else the message occurs line is busy please try calling later. Sometimes the phone is picked up and kept aside indicating engaged tone. I have noticed this myself personally while this has happened as sometimes I go early morning for booking.

Last month my cylinder delivery was not done at all. My husband had to take a slip and carry the cylinder personally home by making speciall rickshaw for Rs. 50/- or so. When I had gone for inquiry why it was not delivered they said "Ajun May ji booking pending ahey!!! ". So where does the lot go and why the bloody leakage problem most of the times. Later extra charges also to be paid why?

My consumer code of HP Gas is 622294 in name of my husband Mr. Shridhar T. Kasare. Once again today as my husband went personally to take the cyclinder early in the morning he was told to come tomorrow morning. Sir, I am a working woman as well as my husband. I have been trying to book the cylinder for past 15 days through phone lines but the same as I stated above. First of all the harsh behaviour with uneducated customers standing at the door in queue which is very pathetic.

Most of the times I have noticed people get the cylinder delivered at home paying extra charges illegally because the authorised / legal consumer is delayed of the delivery service and the cylinder man who carries it gets extra income which is actually wrong.

Please look into this system. My gas is almost going to get over anytime and I have extra cylinder which is also empty. Both my cylinders are on legal basis. I hope I get the cylinder delivered by today noon / evening at my address given below by HP.
