Non delivery

I am HP user with consumer no.719438. Am not getting the correct response from the Gas agency for not getting delivery of my gas cylinder even though I have booked it (for refill) earlier. First i got an message that by bill has been paid, but i have not received it then i booked it again and called the gas agency the gave the auto driver phone no. and said to talk with him. I called him and he said to give my address, though it was not changed, I gave him and told i will be present at home when you come. But he is just ignoring and not coming. My distributor is SUJATA GAS AGENCIES indra nagar, Ramantapur, HYDERABAD. I hope i get some good response here...
