No refund of money

I recharged my mobile no 8805464270 bye using paytm.com the reduction of money is done in my account but my mobile no is not recharged with the amount and company also not given any kind of order no. when i asked them about my complaint they said that you should give order no .its almost 5 days passes but the company not refunded my money.
