Non delivery of gas cylinders

I am a serving soldier working in the Army. My old aged parents are staying alone in Dehra Dun Uttarakhand. I have a gas connection of HP gas through Saklani Gas Service, New Road DehraDun. My consumer No is 674075.The phone no of the distributer is 0135-2651253/2710555.

Invariably the gas cylinder is not supplied in time and takes 16 to 20 days. Since there is no body to collect the cylinder from the godown being staying alone, they are at the mercy of the distributer. Even now the gas cylinder booked on 05 Aug 08 vide booking No 667 has not yet been supplied.

you are requested to note the issue and issue strict guidelines to avoide such delay and stop blackmarket of the gas cylinders.
