Insulting & saying no gas connections even i followed the regulations

Dear Sir/mam

I am rajesh rd i just recently came out from my joint family to royapettah in chennai to take care of son studies

when i went to book a connection in Shree nidhi gas agency they asked me to submit the address proof for the new address

i gave the rental agreement what i can do in the new address

they said there will be a verification on the same day where i can get the gas connection on the next day

but with out coming for the verification they replied the door was locked so the next day will be the connection day

unfortunately i was there in the new address taking off from my office

on the third day i went and asked about the status they replied the same

i got irritated obvious so i asked why r u doing like this as so many shops are using illegal connections from u why i am not able to get a connection legaly

they replied that they will not give connection to me as i asked like this and more over they have insulted and asked to leave that place before they start abusing from there

i gave a police complaint against this and i dont know whether i will get a connection or not

if any can help pls help me on this

and make sure customers should get affect as like me bcz of these gundas agency
