Non delivery of gas, misbehaviour by employee over telephone

I had booked the gas on 15.09.2008 from Premier gas agency Chandigarh (Distributor code No. 196329-00) and was informed that, the same would be delivered within a week. Till date the same has not been delivered. The telephone at the agency is always found busy. On 25.09.08 I was informed that the gas cylinder has been despatched, on being told that the delivery boy had come in the morning, but did not deliver the gas, I was informed that there were two delivery boys and the gas would be delivered, however the gas did not arrive. Today on enquiring from the agency about the status of delivery of gas, the employee got angry and started shouting over the phone and abusing for no reason whatsoever. It is a shame that the dealers of a fortune 500 company behave in such a way.
