Not geeting Satisfactory service by your agency

Respected Sir/ Madam,

We are the customer of "HP Gas" from so long with your agency located at Dhankawadi, ["Shiv-shanti gas Agency"]. i would like to mention bout them is the way of giving their service is very poor n bad to all of their customer located in this area. They are not capable to give cylenders to so many peoples at same time even after they have a huge load of new connections. after 21 days as per your rule we get a cylender at home [ As per Home delivery Rule] but for getting that cylender we have to remind them for so many times. The office staff is very arrogant they dont have value for their precious customers. this is not my personal complaint but this the true picture of every subscriber of Dhankawadi who they are providing cylenders. I want to request you that please take some necessary action against this picture. {This is not happens for once but every time} we have to face this problem for getting cylender. I hope your organisation will take necessary action agains this situation. for getting one cylender we have to stay in a long que for an hours. for home delivery customer staff always gived an answer that they will send within 2/3 days at home but for that we have to remind more than 2 times. also on the telephone they didnt give satisfactory answer or most of the times they dont pick the phone [ this is the reality] how many time we should visit their for getting cylender??? apart from our official work n time?? they dont care dam for their customer's time n money. So i heartly request you please do the needful against this horrible situation. And try to improve the service in this area.
