Non Delivery of HP Gas Cylinde

My HP Gas Agency is:

HMT hills, Kukatpally,

I Booked HP Gas cylinder on 4th December.

Till today its not delivered. Daily we are calling them and

they are saying today moning or today evening only we will send

but it is not being delivered. There is nop roper response from them. I have no gas. So please do the needful and oblige me.
