HP Gas Cylinder
Non delivery of cylinders on time and rude behaviou

I have a HP LPG Connection from last 15 years. My Consumer No. is 603520. I have been facing problems with balaji gas services at AIROLI, Navi Mumbai that whenever i go for booking the cylinders they are not co operating last month june i had gone for booking their pc was not working so they told me that they will enter the no afterwards and send me gthe cylindres but to the mess that today ie 09 Aug they have just given me one cylinder after repetedly going to their office, Sir being working in Minisrty of Defence i cannot take leave and visit the shop regularly.;ast 03 days back when i went there they behaved rudely and told me to collect the cylinder at my own risk and cost is this the answer a consumer should get? Anybody is there to help please?
