H.P. Gas refill bottle
Non Supply of refill booked on 18/05

I am holding domestic LPG connection of HP Gas through M/S Ajay Trading Co., Liluah since 1996. Refill Cylinders were being received in 7-10 days previously. After the starting of the booking by phone common number, the supply is being delayed enormously. I booked refill on 19.05.2012 and not received the supply till this time (14/30 hrs.on 11/06. on ringing up to the distributor got the reply that the supply shall be made after 25 days from the date of booking. There is a General rule that one cannot book for refill for 21 days from the date of delivery making the total gap to 46 days. Some other dealers in this area deliver within 10-12 days from the booking. I would like to know from HP whether such order has been issued to Ajay Trading Co. or it is a specified treatment to me because I make many complaints about time of supply. This time it is clearly understood that the bill has been sent to the Depot of Ajay Trading on 06.06.2012 but the supply has not arrived yet. This makes me to use Coal Oven and the smoke pollution is inevitable for which Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. and Ajay Trading Co. are solely responsible.
