Sir,

My consumer no is 658841.I have booked for a reffil on 15.01.2009 vide booking sl.no 8185.To day i.e., on 29.01.2009 the agency has sent cylinder to our house. They charged an amount of Rs.365.00 per cylinder. But as we know rate of LPG has reduced from midnight of 28.01. @ Rs25.00 per cylinder. So I refused them to receive the Gas at the previous price.

I would therefore request you to kindly take necessary steps for the above.
