There was no prior intimation & you are cheating the customers upfrontly by making a mockery of the Offers. As per Paper adv & offer, Under laptop scheme if a customer submits DD of 3999 for Moto Q8, he should have received the same mobile.

But to the surprise I got Motorocker E8, which is not as per offer.

Below pasted is the mail from your end, pl specify who is wrong. In case I don't get any reply from your end within 48hrs, I will seek legal advise in this regard.
