No Refund against PNR No - 2346311079 & transaction ID - 0039164857

I am MD SAYEED. I book an E-Ticket from my IRCTC ID SAYEED786 for ndls to pnbe in Sampoorn Kranti Exp Journey date 10.05.2008. That details are PNR No - 2346311079 & transaction ID - 0039164857 for two person. But i cancelled the ticket of one person on 06.04.2008 and refund amount 321.00 is deposited to my account on 08.04.2008. Again i cancelled the ticket of second person on 14.04.2008 but from cancelled date to till date no refund given by IRCTC. when i call to IRCTC customer care then he tell you send your bank statement then i mail to IRCTC my bank statement but no response given by IRCTC when i call to IRCTC customer care then he not give any response.

When I login to my IRCTC id and go to My Transaction &-gt; Refund Status &-gt; Cancelled Ticket and see my cancelled ticket history I see given transaction id details then ticket cancelled date shows 06.04.2008 and 14.04.2008 and refund amount shows for both date is 321.00 but refund date for both cancelled ticket shows 07.04.2008.How it is possible. when i tell to IRCTC customer care about this then he says we don't know any thing about this.

IF IRCTC give this type of fraud service then How Mr Lalu Prasad Yadav says railways is give best service. IRCTC's this type of jobs shows how railway make profit.
