HP Laptop
No redemption gifts received

I bought a Hp laptop on 17th February in bangalore. Under the offer that was going on at that point of time, I was told that that I would be getting a free Philips home theatre system on sending a DD of 1499 INR. As told by them I registered for this and sent a DD of the said amount for the same. My redemption code after registering for this offer is 5VYRCB6V7U.

Its been more than 3 weeks after registeration and I havent received any gifts not even any confirmation/correspondence from them.

Form a reputed compnay like HP, such kind of a response is totally unacceptable. I see that this problem is faced, not just by me, but several others who have bought these laptops looking at the offer.

In case the company is not sticking to whatever commitments it made then it has no rights to operate in India. Kindly, look into this matter and do the needful.
