HP LaserJet 4700
New Cartridge Q5950A not working

Dear Sir

Have bought a new cartridge Q5950A Black for our printer HP4700 from your dealer SUNIL ARTS at 165, Bazar Gate Street, 1st Floor, Fort, Mumbai 400 001. Tel: 66558234/35.

After installing the cartridge, the test print only shows the windows 4 colour icon on top left side of the page. The Black colour doesn't print at all. On the box deatils are as follows: Ref # MRTS24216012

H401-1R9SV MRTS SO# J900111302796012

PO# P384491.

Pls revert ASAP
