Misbehaviour of Executive

Dear Team,

I Mohd Faizan Abbasi is having connection of your company for almost last 5 years. On 4th Jan a letter from your company was delivered to my rented house stating that if we want connection check than this can bo done @Rs 40 chargable

On 6th of Jan An executive named Manoj came to home and said we just have to check the connection whether this is ok or not after checking he just gave a bill of Rs Rs 231/- and said that You will have to pay the following amount. I was in the office when my wife was alone and when she asked why we will pay if you have not asked or taken any permission for the same then he behaved very rudely and gave threat that you have to pay the bill otherwise you will be facing problems in delivery and will not get any service from HP thereafter

I don't expect this kind of service from a reputed company like yours and I hope you will take necessory action for these types of services
