Cylinder gets over in 21days

I have a gas connection from HP Panwar Gas agency Ghaziabad and my gas cylinder last only for 20-22days everytime, however when I borrowed an Indane cylinder from some one, it worked for 45days. I doubt there is some gas pilferage. please take some action against this agency.
