We are consumer of HP LPG gas in Kolkata. Our distributor in mahanty eneterprise in Lkae Town area. Often the telebooking fails / booking dates manipualted/ and in new connection we have been virtually told that we will not get the gas if we do not take anything. In fact We have to buy a over for a new gas connection. No receipt was given for the oven. Thus they officially showed that they had taken only the price of new gas connection. No senior officer is to look into this as HPCL has become a puppet in the hand of these bad dealers and our consumer laws are too weak to tackle these rogues. Will this continue for generation as I am seeing this from the time of my father. Will my daughter too see this. Why? Why we arepaying taxes and runninga government. Is this to get such behaviour. We have to protest this unitedly.
