Respected Sir,

I am regular customer of your H. P LPG gas. My consumer no is 600011.

I have book a cylinder in your distributor namely SAI GAS AGENCY HP GAS dealer

Dealer Code-13030300, At/P/o BARPALI, Dist-Bargarh Orissa on Dtd. 22/07.

The said distributor also received my EMPTY LPG HP Cylinder and give me a receipt

Vide No. 45, Dtd 22/07.

I have requested several times to said dealer to obtain my cylinder, but he gives a deaf ear to same. He also refuses to give home delivery. Just like me other customer of SAI GAS AGENCY HP GAS also facing this problem. For non obtaining of Cylinder I have to face a lot of trouble for which you and your dealer responsible.

It is therefore kindly inquire about my problem and take necessary action immediately
