Sir we are a small apple estate in himachal pradesh... kullu manali... last year due to heavy hail storm we suffered losses in lakhs... and we had to give our damaged fruits to the H.P.M.C which is a govt. organisation... but its been 3 month s now that we have not received the money which is to a tune of 4 lakhs (approx). more over they are not willing to give us the fretilisers required for the esatate against the money slips offered to us .plz help .i am not the only one suffering... there are more than 100 families in our village... we all are going under too much mental trauma... and stress.
