Screen partially blacked out

I bought one HP DV9502AU from reliance digital cunningham road bangalore on 13th jan for rs 41474/24.

Within one month the screen was showing only in one half and I deposited the lap top with reliance who asked me to approach the HP service center.

The service center returned the comp after 6 months saying its not their fault.

I again asked for the repair charges and they have asked for diaplay screen worth rs 33035/18 vide their quotation no 2603778633 dated 29/10/08 .

For the laptop worth 44k HP is asking me for rs33k and for the last one year I am chasing their service center.

I have not used the laptop even for 45 days which may be checked from HP service center records and service center ladies don't even connect me to anybody senior.

shall be grateful if my complaint is resolved
