Delay in repair of notebook

I have just buy the hp laptop 1 month ago. And there occcur a problem in it when i found that it was not getting chage and also some problem in motherboard.

i gave my laptop in hp custmorcare on 22 aug but till date it was not got repaired.and they just extend the date whenever i ask them.
