HP Officejet 5510
Unable to receive and send fax

We once again bring to your notice that we had purchased a HP Officejet 5510, only 2years back and within these 2years we had to get it repaired thrice, we had already informed you about this vide our letter dated 22.07.2008.When we took our machine to your authorised dealers ALFA FAX they said that"THE CARRIAGE UNIT OF THE MACHINE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED .LATER ON THEY SAID THAT THE MACHINE IS IRREPARABLE AND ONCE AGAIN THEY SAID THAT THE MACHINE CAN BE REPAIRED AND THEY WILL GIVE US A WARRANTY OF ONLY 7DAYS". Your dealers within 2years have given my OFFICE JET 5510 the status "NOT REPAIRABLE".(Internationally when a model of any consumer durable are discontinued they hold spare parts for 7years.)

Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
