HP Partner - K Computers Hyderabad
No response from the staff after receiving the payment for the hardware

I purchased a laptop from the K computers (HP Partner) hyderabad. I have done the payment against delivery. But they have have given me a defected product. when contacted for response they replied in very rude way and asked me not to call again. Even the HP Sales Manager is not giving a proper response.

Plz take some action against such Dealers who are in market only to make money but not to serve the customers:
