Hi

I had purchased a HP PAVILION A6610IN PC in the month of Nov and had opted for Diwali Gift Pack which consisted of Kodak 8.2MPX camera Noddy Kit.

All the necessary documents and a Canara bank DD for Rs 1500/- dated 25/11/08 DD No: 528676 drawn in the favor of Innovative Incentives & Events td was couriered and I have received an sms from HP Customer Care on 9th Dec is under processing. File No: 29619. Redemption Code:29562.

It has been 2 months from then that I have been constantly calling the Customer Care of Innovative Incentives & Events Ltd to check on the status of my gift and till mid of Jan they were telling me that the cameras are currently out of stock and in the last wek they said they have received fresh stock and I would be receiving my gift by the 1st week of Feb.

Till today I haven't received any gift and now when i call the customer care (01724691000) they tell that the number has changed and gave me a new number :01726614400 on which there is no response.

I would appreciate if anyone could revert as to how I could resolve this issue
