Hp pavilion dv 2700 LAPTOP
LOW BATTERY BACKUP & SYSTEM HEATING UP

I bought this laptop (hp pavilion dv 2700) appx 11 months backand it has a warranty of 1 yr. The battery back up since starting was not good but I continued but over a period of time, the battery back up has gone down significantly, a fully charged laptop works for just an hour maximum and the latop have also started getting heated up very soon, i have to continously work on charger and in case electricity goes off my laptop also goes off, please suggest a solution.
