HP pavilion dv 6114tx
Terrible service

I've given my laptop HP Pavilion dv6114tx for service at HP service centre delhi, okhla industrial estate 31st of Oct '08 vide reference no 2603849688. It's been over a month now n I am yet to receive it. Each time I call they say it will take a couple of days more. I have been callin every few days for the past two weeks n yet i get the same response. This is not the kind of service expected from a company of HP's repute. This is neglect on the part of the service cemtre and i feel they ought to pay for this. I am looking to claim some kind of possible compensation.

Please suggest what needs to be done as they have caused me much distress and i am not at all satisfied.
