Dear sir

i brought a hp Pavilion laptop, at that time they given an offer that free home theater (dated feb 24), delivery charges should be held by customer for that we need to send a DD amounting to rupees 1499, i was also send this and a got the confirmation of the receipt from the this redemption cell, but yet not i get this item, when i enquirer about this by e-mail, they inform that they will send this with in few days, but i yet not get this.

i have all the document of this, please inform me how to i proceed now.
