Non receipt of Gift items

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub: Claiming of Gift Pack – on purchase of HP Pavilion M9360in

Desktop PC.

My redemption code is (NMUX56JPOR)

I Purchased one HP Pavilion M9360in Desktop PC from Karthik Business Machines Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. As advised, I have enclosed the following documents for claiming the Gift Pack.

1. A copy of reseller purchase invoice of the eligible system (mentioned

redemption code on the invoice copy)

1. Bar coded product serial number sticker (original) pasted on the

cardboard packaging. (mentioned redemption code on the sticker)

2. A Demand Draft for Rs. 1, 500/- (S.B.I.D.D. No. 666290 dated 02-12) favoring “Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt Ltd” Payable at “Chandigarh, being the processing Charges payable on the Gift Pack.

Even after 10 weeks, I have not received the Gift items, please arrange to send the same immediately.
