Non Recieval of Student offer gift

Sir,

I bought a Hp pavilion notebook on 6 june during the student offer. as per their instruction, i made a draft of Rs. 3999 and sent it to hp redemption support c/o innovative incentives and events pvt. ltd. scf 13 2nd floor inner market sector 7c chandigarh 110019. to claim the assured gift. but till date i haven't received it, though they said it would take only six weeks.

I also contacted the hp redemption and they gave me a number that does not work at all. please help. my redemption code is 7HJFSKDDVK.
