I have purchased HP pavillion 6000 laptop in the month of march from smart systems maharashtra pune based dealer. Under his guidence I have applied to HP redemption cell Delhi for the free gift offer of Wi-Music system in the month of April. I have already forwarded the DD of rupees 500/- to delhi. Also I have registered mine and my laptop details to you through the e-mail and that you have also confirmed by sending me the reply saying your gift will be dlevered within six weaks.

16 weaks are over and i am still waiting for you free gift pack.
