Home theater not yet delivered by hp

I purchased a HP laptop in 26 Dec. As per the promotional scheme by HP they were offering Philips Home Theater System with the laptop.

I already sent required following documents.

1. A draft of RS 1499/-- (in favoring SOLUTIONS INTEGERATES MARKITING SERVICE PVT LTD)

2. Copy of invoice receipt

3. Product Serial No.2CE837MLL8

All the above documents I sent to the following address mentioned by HP on date 05- Jan; they received all the documents on date 07-Jan also I received the acknowledgment by email from them in which they promised to deliver Home Theater System in next 6 weeks.

Now its been around 4 months from the date when they received all required documents but still home theater system is not delivered to me. Many times I contacted them by phone and by email; each time they promised me to deliver the home theater by postponing the delivery date by next 10-15 days. Now I am really sick from such unbelievable promises from their side.

I think many consumers like me are facing this problem.

So I am requesting to Consumer Forum Court to please do needful in favour of me.
