Sir,

I bought my desktop on 30-05-08.After one and a half month, a line appeared on the monitor for which I registered a complaint. It was attended on 16-07-08.We were told that the LCD panel was defective and needs to be replaced. We were assured that it will be done in 4-5 days. It's been a month now, inspite of repeated reminders the LCD panel has not been replaced. Kindly advise and do needful. Thanks!
