Non-delivery of Gift - Motorocker Mobile Phone

I purchased the above said laptop for my son Vikram Verma. The claim for redemption of award of Motorcoker Mobile phone was submitted. The claim got approved vide File Number 121532 on 27 July as communicated to me vide e-mail dated 17 Aguust from "hp.redeptions@innovatigesupport.in".

I contacted the local address, i.e., Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt. Ltd., SCO 171-172, II nd Floor, Sector 8-C, Chandigarh. Ms. Malti Rawat told me on 18-08 at 12.10 p.m. to collect it. I reached there at 1.15 p.m. and was told that now it has been despatched. Till date, i.e. 2 September, it has yet not reached my residence at Chandigarh itslef.

I feel the working in that office is quite un-co-ordinated and un-professional. Please direct them to make sure that my motorocker mobile phone is delivered immediately. I am tired of making phone calls and visiting their office.
