Delay in the recieve of gift

Sir,

Twelve weeks have elapsed since I recieved the approval for the claim of kodak digicam which was offered with the purchase of hp pavillion notebook pc, but yet I have not recieved the said gift.

During the month of december I recived a phone call from hp redemption cell, Delhi for address varification and assured me that the gift will be recieved within 10 days, but I have not recieved it yet.

So I cordially request you to let me know the reason for the delay and send the said gift to the already mentioned address at the earliest.
