HP pavillion laptop
Non Receipt of Free Gift

I had purchased HP Pavillion Laptop Model No DV-51104-TU Ser No CNF-84409P5 on 30 Dec vide cash memo No 2929 from Bajaj Stores, Tezpur (Assam) under the free gift scheme. I had forwarded the following documents to HP Redemption cell Okhla vide letter No 43511/TP/Pers dt 02 Jan 09 as required;-

(a) Redemption code XESX68F2SI.

(b) SBI Naharlagun DD No 301014 dt 31 Dec 08 for Rs 1499/- in favour of Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt Ltd payable at New Delhi.

(c) Copy of Cash Memo of Bajaj Stores Tezpur with redemption code written on reverse.

(d) Product code of carton.

Almost three and a half months have elapsed I have neither heard anything from the company nor received any free gift so far. The free gift the Company had announced was Philips Home Theatre System
