I bought a HP pavillion laptopDV5 on 28-12.Asper the redemption offer i was entitled to get aPhilips DVD &5.1 HOME THEATRE SYSTEM .I HAD REGISTERED AS REQUIRED ON THE WEBSITE &WAS GIVEN REGISTRATION NO. JG41XK5988 FOR THE SAME.ISUBSEQUENTLY SENT ADRAFT NO.152334, FROM THE STATE BANK OF INDIA, NARAINA VIHAR BRANCH FOR RS.1499, &ENCLOSED A PHOTO COPY OF THE ENTITLED INVOICE &THE ORIGINAL SERIAL NO. BARCODED SLIPFROM THE BOX, by the speedpost on 21-01 According to the records of the post office these documents were received on 22-01at their office. But even then they sent a mail to me on the 29-01, saying that they wre stillwaiting for the draft and the papers. All efforts to contact them on phone have been a waste as there is noone to talk to, & impossible to record the complaint due to the lack of time before the line snaps cut on their phone no.01141306700
