NOT GETTING MY FREE GIFT

Dear Sir/Madam.

i had sent all the documents alongwith the DEMAND DRAFT but still not got my free gift Kodak digital camera. After one month of sending I contacted to HP Redemption cell they said that they got all the documents but now when i contacted a lady representative told me that there is no documents with them. What a ridiculus thing! please try to resolve the thing or I would take some legal action. Thank you.
