I have purchase Photosmart Printer D6168 (Product Serial No. MY695DB17G) which is in warranty. having problem of paper jam. which has been replace with

Photosmart Printer C5388 (Replacement Serial No. MY8AV572BF)

I am not satisfy with it. I want my same printer D6168

I already talk to hp (Geeta) 8025586892, and she told me to go to service center and give this no. they will replace your printer. when I do so at worli they are saying that make male to HP and they want mail from HP at servbby@redington.co.in
