I purchased a new HP Multifunctional Laser Color Printer. There have been several hardware/software problems with the printer and fax. I have had to replacement but still it is not working. I sent it in for warranty time repair printer but no use. I had the printer for about a month when it just stopped working for no reason. I never use my fax facility This is My biggest compalint is that HP. Please you take action immideatly to ntpc (vision technologies).
