Replace of regulato

Visited HP out let for replace of my more than 10 years regulator. Authorised manager told me first to take a Suraksha pipe then come for replace of regulator.

My question is safety is first? or purchasing of Suraksha pipe is more important?

No consideration was given to safety of consumer, using defected regulator, insisting on purchasing of new pipe.

I am ready to purchase that suraksha pipe but the presentation was very bad.

I have been hurt that security of life is totally ignored.
