Dear Mital,

I Have send no Recuritment Starterge on Your Company. Even though you are giving the highest package comparing to industry standard. I am sorry to say that the Standard you recurited. The person you recurited in CBe as a ARSM is the no profemer and he dont know to recurit a advisor if he become as a ARSM what he is going to do with BM, BSM and with the sales team. IF he realy having the gutts why lot of guys were running out of him.only the industry consider the package purly. He is not having a hand hold policy he is un fit for sales manager . getting angry on me if he is having gutts to compatete split the area in to two ask him to take one part and give me one part. Lets we Know Who is the best. Already the were spoling the company name please take care of it
